The intention of The Endings Project is to open up creative interchange around the concept of “endings”. Why is it that some transitions from a period of anxiety and uncertainty are harder than others? What is it that helps us to make a positive choice and keep going? Why is it that young adults with "their whole life ahead of them" can struggle so much with deep feelings of discouragement and unworthiness, prompting unhelpful thoughts?
